TRIE/ ISMAT AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CUMULUS ANTWERP 2023

CUMULUS BRINGS TOGETHER 368 INSTITUTIONS FOR EDUCATION IN DESIGN, ARTS AND ARCHITECTURE IN 67 COUNTRIES ON 5 CONTINENTS.

Professor Gabriel Patrocínio, Associate Professor of the Communication Design course and co-director of the Master in Design for the Circular Economy, participated in April in the International Conference Connectivity and Creativity in Times of Conflict, and in the General Assembly of the Cumulus Association, held in University of Antwerp.

TRIE/ ISMAT has been part of Cumulus since 2020, having organized the Cirrocumulus student group, which, under the mentorship of professors Américo Mateus and Gabriel Patrocinio, initially had the participation of ISMAT (Design and Architecture) students in its management committee, with other students from FH Joanneum (Graz, Austria), Hubei University of Technology, (Hubei, China), Central Academy of Fine Arts (Beijing, China) and Estonian Academy of Arts (Tallin, Estonia). At the conference, Professor Patrocínio presented the Cirrocumulus group and also the Cocoon Green Labs project, coordinated by Professor Américo Mateus by TRIE, a research center for Lusófona Teaching.
