Junior researcher Induction
INDUCTION
A local induction is essential to ensuring that junior researchers feel welcomed, valued and effectively integrated into their new functions in the research center. It will help them to understand how they contribute to the work of the TRIE and its objectives, and is good research methodologies and applied research practices. The induction stages shows what will be covered in each part of induction.
- Stage 1 – Shadowing a TRIE senior researcher for one month;
- Stage 2 – Start integrating the Senior Researcher Team, projects, applications and publication objectives
- Stage 3 – Developing the first individual research tasks and responsibilities, such as Conference articles
- Stage 4 – Implementing the first field research studies and applied projects
