To be held in the months of July / August / September with the objective that students can “gain” scientific skills (for example observational research methodologies, Mixed Methods, Citizen Science, etc.) while “working” on applied research projects within the scope TRIE’s scope and research challenges that each course may have.

Why not experience an unforgettable summer in Calábria, Italy by joining the Lusófona Tourism Applied Research Summer School?The purpose of this summer school is to interactively teach participants via theoretical workshops and participating in real-life transformative tourism initiatives in Jacurso village, about the great potential of tourism contributing to local development in a small area context. Participants will learn about and apply research methods to collect and analyze data relating to transformative tourism practices in the local community.
